Three Levels of Air Conditioning Service/Repairs/Maintenance at Core Air

Core Air customers all know that when they come here, they will get the best available air conditioning repairs, maintenance and service on their air conditioner for very reasonable prices. Whatever your air conditioning and mechanical needs are, we have the team to handle them. We have three unique tiers of service available to take care of your air conditioning needs: the Silver Service Agreement, the Gold Service Agreement, and the Platinum Service Agreement.

SILVER SERVICE AGREEMENT

Whatever type of air conditioning system you have installed in your commercial or residential premises, it is crucial that you have it maintained regularly. The Silver Service Agreement involves a Core Air professional coming out to your premises and servicing your air conditioning system at least once per year. A huge benefit of this agreement is that if you have a break down service requirement, within 72 hours of your phone call Core Air will attend to your site. If you have a system that is still under the manufacturer’s warranty and needs a air conditioning repair service, this may be a good plan for you, as Core Air will perform maintenance of your system once every year in the spring months, as recommended by the manufacturer.

GOLD SERVICE AGREEMENT

This level of maintenance service involves having a CoreAir professional come to your home every six months in the spring and in the autumn. This level of service is applicable to your air conditioning system as well as your ductwork. Under the Gold Service Agreement, customers have the peace of mind knowing that they will be given priority when they call for service.

PLATINUM SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Platinum Service Agreement is focused primarily on helping our commercial customers get the service they need as soon as possible. We promise our commercial customers under this level that a professional will be out to help them within four hours. This window applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also offer our Platinum Service customers after hours service phone numbers for those times when your system malfunctions or needs maintenance or repair outside of regular business hours.
